Stayed Jul 22, 2018The only thing was the carpet in bathroom smelled like mildew. Should not have carpet in bathrooms. Everything else was great!

Stayed May 3, 2018Room was not as nice as the photos. We were supposed to be in a handicap accessible unit and my mother’s wheel chair barely made it around in the room. Surprisingly the bathroom had an accessible shower with fold down bench. However, you had to walk down a narrow hall to get to it. I had to put in multiple requests for a handicap unit. Finally after the third call, someone was able to specifically assign us to a ground level room near the pool and deli shop.

Stayed Mar 24, 2018we had a one bedroom villa with pull out sofa bed, the room was roomy and comfortable, the kitchen dinning are was just right for the four of us myself,husband,daughter and granddaughter. we had a jacuzzi in the bathroom stand up shower, and all what was needed to feel at home. Golf,Pools,Tiki bar, Late night movies by the pool just enough to keep you and your family going day and night. Not to happy with the onsight cleaning that was done while out on the pool but i guess it has to be done at some point.Over all happy customers and will definitely be returning...

Stayed Dec 6, 2017Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The reservation process didn't inform us of a $100 charge for a security deposit that takes 3-5 business days to be returned.

Stayed Apr 11, 2017Very very clean room and hotel. It is a Daimond hotel so its an upscale hotel. Many amenities, very friendly staff, the room has everything you need, the bathroom is great and super clean. The staff is flexible with the check in and check out times. Has a laundry in the same floor. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
