Stayed May 28, 2021Far overpriced for the accommodations and amenities. Hidden resort fees at check in (disclosed at the bottom of the very lengthy property description) in addition to over $500/night once you add fees, etc. Also, wet carpet (hopefully due to cleaning but not sure), outlet circuit blown in kitchen, tub/shower in bathroom extremely dated and small.. Beach access is only public parking 2 miles from resort, not specific resort reserved parking. Bridges on nature trail are in need of significant repair. Do not rely on the photos in the listing. They are not all from this resort location but other properties owned by the time share. Very disappointed in the property for the price paid.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969There were at least 3 roaches in the condo that we found walking and crawling on the floors and ceilings. It made the stay very uncomfortable specially at such a high price. I was booked at a certain rate an then got an email with a higher rate. Where as the website was showing a way lower price. I wrote to the property manager (Steve M.) but he never responded to that query. He was listed as the contact in VRBO but was not responsive at all and was blunt when responded 2 days later. We were booked for 6 nights and he messaged me when I was only a few hours away from the resort that I am now only booked for 5 nights. I had to scramble and find another hotel last minute. They didn’t try to accommodate me or even make it up to us in anyway for all the inconvenience. The resort didn’t have daily cleaning or enough stuff. There was coffee for only 1 day for a 5 night stay. Many other things weren’t cool but overall we managed because it was a last minute getaway i planned for my kids & I didn’t want to cancel it for them after they were all packed and excited to travel.
