1 bdrm. 1 bath. NEW mattress, MOUNTAIN VIEW! Close to Lakes, Pool.

Cobwebs inside we had to clean, back screen door fell off and we had to fix it, front storm door needed adjusting, kept slamming, ants and spiders all over, we had to spray and fog.

The place was really nice. There was little things like the toilet paper roll was missing. I couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on it was cold. All in all it was a really nice place to stay.

Everyting was wonderful with the property. Only ine suggestion, state that the condo is before the golf club. We passes it and it took a while to find. But ince we did, we were very happy.

We got lost after dark trying to find property which wasn't exactly where GPS lead us to. Lighting outside villas/condos sucks. Spent almost 40-mins trying to find our unit b/c couldn't read #s on outside of units. This should be addressed. Other than that, no real problems other that closer shopping or gas stations but that'll just invite more intrusion. It overall was a wonderful area & stay. Just get the lights on the unit #'s PLS!!

The property was very well kept and very clean. We really enjoyed the stay. Only issue would be to put some brighter lighting in the bathroom

Fantastic value, and nice property. A little dark inside, but easily overlooked. I would definitely go back.

Cozy place

Stove top would not work with supplied pans. We were advised that different pans would be brought to us the next day. They never were delivered as promised. The pool pass key did not work. This was resolved by host.

This is a cute, comfortable, cozy, condo near Traverse City, Bellaire, and environs at an affordable rate. It is on the Schuss Mountain golf/ski resort and next to Shanty Creek golf/ski resort. First tee about 50 yards from condo. Indoor pool and hot tub free at clubhouse. Owner/manager not on site but was readily available. A bit remote, but small city of Mancelona about 5 miles away, Bellaire (and SHORTS Brewery-also recommended) just a bit farther. Best value imho around.

Shower drainage and showerhead direction wont adjust. Otherwise host had great communication.

Room was clean. Had no contact with host. Was no snow at that time.

Clean and comfortable. What the host cannot change or deal with are the paper thin walls. I had someone next to me the entire time and could literally hear their conversations. And on the three days of the weekend I had the cattle group above me where it seemed like they were gonna come through the roof. All that being said, by bedtime all was quiet and sleeping was never an issue

The property owner was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. While the resort itself feels a bit dated, it’s still cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. I imagine it’s a livelier spot in the winter months or for those who come to enjoy the golf courses. We were there to cruise the lakes on our motorcycle, so the condo worked perfectly as a clean, quiet place to rest after a day of riding. It served its purpose well, and we appreciated the hospitality.

We loved the mountain village/golf course area where the 1 bedroom was located. The cozy ski chalet was perfect. It was a very peaceful stay. We took day trips and visited many sites near by. Connie the host was SO helpful! I would definitely recommend!The facilities and kitchen were good and we had everything we needed. I would have liked instructions on how to use the induction stovetop but we googled it. We slept well. Michigan is so beautiful!

Check-in was easy and everything was ready for us. Perfect setting for the weekend.

It was okay for a few days. Didnt like the oversized shower head in the shower, and most frustrating was the lack of a freezer bought ice and just had to set it in the sink.

This was perfect for one or two people. Close to the golf course and Bellaire. The bathroom was a little dated but served the purpose! Great view in front and back with two patios.

It’s small but very cute. We loved the back walk out slider in the bedroom that lead to a patio area with a grill looking at the golf course. When we arrived the fridge was outside but we reached out to the property manager it did in fact work it was just being defrosted. She did offer us to change rooms but we didn’t we just brought it back in and plugged it in. There definitely was a moldy smell and cob webs in alot of the corners.

Nice little condo in great location for golf and hiking. Downtown Bellaire is quaint with several nice restaurants (check out Short's brewery and Chloe's chop house). On the downside, the property had a noticeable smell of mildew that lingered throughout our stay. Fortunately the weather was nice so we could open up the windows to air it out.

Great place for our 2 night stay for our daughter's wedding. We were gone most of the days, but nice clean place to come back to overnight.

It was a nice place. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying in the condo at Schuss Mtn. I especially liked the notebook with info on hiking trails and restaurants in the area.

It was ok for our trip. It was clean and location was what we expected. There are just a few things that would make this rating a 5 star… the bathroom door needs repaired. It is a simple fix of just cutting the bottom so it would open all the way. Also if someone is staying multiple days, there should be more towels provided.

Stayed in this unit for 4 full days enjoying the Torch Lake area. It was perfect! 3 star for communication with property mgr bcs it was not necessary. I enjoyed i!

Perfect location to multiple golf courses! Comfortable condo with everything you need.
