Stayed Oct 31, 2025The place was exactly as advertised and the owner was incredibly responsive. We had a slight issue with the heating unit and he responded within the hour to address the issue.

Stayed Oct 4, 20248 ladies stayed comfortably and the location was clean & safe. No issues during our stay and communication was great start to finish. The only thing that would of made it better would be a pizza cutter available in the kitchen :)

Stayed May 30, 2024Our group of 16 people really enjoyed staying at this property. We were so close to everything, surrounded by great food amd shopping, we felt very safe, and the property manager was so responsive to us! We would recommended this property to any family or big group and will be staying here if we come back to Chicago!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023The location right in the middle of Chinatown was wonderful! Proximity to red line is very convenient. The two combined units are modern, very clean, and more than functional. We had ten guys on a family trip who range from 6' to 6'7 tall and the setup worked well. Highly recommend this, as long as.you are ok not being in the heart of downtown.

Stayed Jun 22, 2023If you're looking for an affordable rental close to Chicago sightseeing, this is it. We had a big group of 10 and utilized all the beds, including the futons. Everything was comfortable and clean. The area feels safe, right in Chinatown. Just a 2 block walk to the L and a 15 minute L ride to the museums. A great stay!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Perfect fit for a family adventure in Chicago. Two blocks from the Red Line, which gives you access to all of Chicago. We had four family groups, one room for each, plus kitchen and central area - perfect! AND - the price was right!
