I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in this unit. Easy walk to the beach. The pool/hot tub were very nice. The unit had everything we needed in it, although we didn't dine in while we were there. Enough space for a family of 5 with teen kids.

Lovely and clean accommodations. Quiet neighbors. Loved the view and afternoon strings of pelicans to entertain!

Jose at the front desk is very helpful and very polite. Management made us wear a plastic or paper bracelet as if hospitalized. It bothered our grandchildren and us. It’s very uncomfortable and gave us a rash! The cleaning ladies and the repairman were very helpful!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, right on the beach and pool. We stayed for 7 nights. They will make you wear a wristband for the duration of your stay. Kids are basically allowed to be seen and not heard. No pool toys or floats, no loud sounds, nothing on the balconies, must be completely covered and organized to come through the lobby - which you have to do to get to your room. It's an odd mix between a hotel and airbnb. I would highly recommend this for older couples and families.
