Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My grown kids, my mom and I had the most enjoyable time in this condo. We all had plenty of space to be together as well as our own balconies off of each of our rooms. It was in emmaculate shape and we plan to return!

Very enjoyable was down for the bike rally and didnt hear any bikes which was very peaceful

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Frustrating. Disappointing. Our 4th year there for our girls trip and it was not an optimal experience. 1. I called ahead to be sure my travel friend could check in before I got there and was assured by Jose it was taken care of. On her arrival it was not noted. The desk wanted her to call me to confirm permission and I was not available. 2. One elevator out of 3 worked so at checkout time on Sunday it took many turns and trips to catch one with enough room to set on with your carts. This seemed poor planning for a busy weekend. No one from the desk went out of there way to help with anything. Could have returned our carts from outside or something. As they hung over the desk talking and visiting with one another. 3. We were in room 515. A dog above us barked and barked for over 30 min and we left at that point. I complained and asked the owner be told about it another guest came up and gave the same complaint at that time. We just got a smile and told the owners could have pets. I told her to talk to the owner. Got no comment. 4. The toilets in our unit are so refocus low we struggle with using them. Wonder why they never are upgraded. I think we should book elsewhere.

The only issue we had Was that the toilets were shorter than standard and everyone in our group had difficulty using them. One person in our group had to use the toilet in the lobby.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location, lots of amenities, pool great, beach lovely!The staff was very helpful, in all aspects.Condo was clean, but sofas need to be replaced, sagging and soiled. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, etc. Icemaker would make ice, but not dispense ice.Toilets were for children, not adults! We have rented in Canada, Italy, Mexico and 15 states, and never had that issue.
