Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great! Very clean and well kept! Only downside was there is no pantry, so after grocery shopping for the week, we had to use the counter to store pantry items. But otherwise, it was amazing and we would definitely come back!

The condo's are great, the staff (in general) is great, the building and grounds are great, and the beach/ocean is so amazing!I will say that this time was a little disappointing, but probably not enough to stop us from coming back again. Our son had a few exchanges with a new front desk lady that was in-training when we were there, she was kind of rude and a bit condescending to our son, as well as the disappointment of not having laundry facilities available to us as we had had in the past. Also, not having housekeeping available in the evenings for things like shampoo, toilet paper, or lightbulbs (according to the front desk staff) was a bit annoying. However, in the mornings, the front desk staff grabbed said items out of the cabinet right there at the front desk, he didn't call housekeeping, so I'm not sure why we couldn't get that stuff in the evenings?? We were told we couldn't get it because housekeeping wasn't there, but the guy there in the morning grabbed from a cabinet at the front desk, he didn't call housekeeping, and said front desk trainee laughed at my son when he asked for another lotion and she said we don't have stuff like that here. I was also bummed there wasn't a bonfire/firepit available.

Everything was very clean and modern. The beach was great and the property heated pool was husband and I will definitely stay here again. The property was VERY clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, property amenities, and beach access. The front deck personnel was not as friendly or knowledgeable as in past years. They could not answer questions about cancellations even though there was a named storm in the Gulf. We did not like the mandatory wristbands...very annoying and uncomfortable.
