Stayed Dec 26, 2025Dean was an excellent host, communication was prompt. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Access to the slopes was great with excellent views. We all had a wonderful time. Would stay again.

Stayed Jan 6, 2023The cabin was a perfect location for a ski weekend with friends from out of town. We had a larger group, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was well equipped, we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jan 13, 2023Our group’s 15th year spending MLK in Eville. Loved the location, the lived-in coziness of the house. Great spot to let the kids come and go from the slopes, while watched the Bills game! The main level was a great hangout spot for both adults and teens. The house is very dated, which is extremely common for the area, but also limits functionality. Carpet in bathroom, antique oven, main floor toilet doesn’t really flush, etc. We had a couple issues, which I would hope would be ironed out for future rentals. Wi-Fi wasn’t posted anywhere. Lots of cobwebs and dusty corners. And, the hot tub was putrid… a major reason we chose the property.

Stayed Dec 27, 2022Fantastic spot for going skiing or enjoying Ellicottville, lots of beds and well spread out for privacy. Deck and hottub were amazing with a perfect view of the slopes especially at night. Really good space to hang out with several sitting areas and a nice tv. WIFI worked well, kitchen was well stocked. Pictures in listing represent the property very well, what you see is what you get. Owner was VERY nice to work with and communication was excellent, thanks so much for the stay!
