Nice house with great view and private beach was nice right out rhe back door. Kitchen was nice just would have liked in between size bowls and maybe a cake or muffin tin. Overall super nice and great place to unwind.

Great little cabin in the perfect, peaceful area.

We had the most beautiful four days. The water is clear and warm. The house was so comfortable. Feels very private. Great spot for looking for frogs along the shoreline. Sometimes you see a couple of little fish. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, this is the house for you. My only complaint is really a personal preference and that’s only one tiny tv in the whole three bedroom house. The kitchen had every utensil, cookware, spice, etc that you need. I am glad I read ahead and knew to bring linens for the beds. I did try to get the washer to work but was unable, that may have been my own user error though. Overall this place is a 5/5 10/10 perfect getaway for me and my three kiddos.

A wonderful week enjoying family. Beautiful chalet over looking the pond. All the amenities you can ask for. We enjoyed all the close by attractions in North Conway and along the Kancamagus.

We've stayed at this property a few times. The lake front and privacy of the property is a huge draw. Being seasonal the property has a very rustic feel and requires early season maintenance that may not be up to renter satisfaction, ie mildew and animal odors. We still like the campy feel but unsure we'll return early in the season (June).

The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them.

Cozy chalet, great location, beautiful views. A very comfortable home, close to all we wanted to do. We would love to come back for a longer stay.

The house was well appointed, very clean, had beautiful views and was located close to North Conway attractions. We would love to return some day! Do remember to bring linens.

This is the 3rd year we rented from this owner. We were very satisfied the first 2 yrs but this year, not-so-much! I had to reach out to her the day before our arrival as I was given no info on the house. The night before we were leaving, I finally got a message with the rules and codes. This year there were changes to the policy that were implemented in January 2024. Although I paid in full in July of 2023 for the rental. She received the change policy in Jan 2024. The message the night before arrival was MUCH different than prior years. Apparently she did not feel it was important to give us a heads up in Jan or prior to July. on these changes. I was told NO fire pit and No kayaks due to the policy changes. Mind you SHE did not comply with the updates. She needed to do a permanent area for the pit and a permit. To me this was unacceptable the night before departure. We go there for all the camping experiences! I told her I was very disappointed in finding this out THE NIGHT BEFORE ARRIVAL!! Some family members backed out due to this and went tent camping instead. She then agreed to reimburse me one night since I was upset about the NO fire. I waited to do my review because I was hoping the owner would make good on her word with the reimbursement. My trip was July 20th and I HAVE NOT received a dime!!! I made contact with her several times at which point on Aug 7th I was told it is in the mail!! It is now Sept 6th.....

Great place for peaceful retreat. The views of the pond and mountains were beautiful. The house is so well equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfort stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
