Villa with private pool in Pinar de los Franceses (WIFI)

The Casa del Pinar is a very comfortable and well equipped holiday home (good kitchen tools to prepare the wonderful fish of the Cadiz coast), outside bbq and even woodfire oven. With its walls surrounding garden and pool, it gives a great sense of privacy. It is a bit tucked away, located in an urbanizacion in the north of Chiclana - so not very close to the beaches (not walking distance certainly!). Nothing is far, but you better have a rental car or bike. It overlooks the salt marshes towards San Fernando, and I can imagine it also enjoys a little evening breeze in the hot summer months (we were here in April). The motorway exit is 5-7 minutes away which makes it an excellent base to roam around in the region (Cadiz, Jérez, Vejer, Puerto de Santa Maria, etc.). A good supermarket is also 5-7 min away (driving) and you must not miss the wonderful Chiclana market and its bonanza of fish, shrimps and shells! Carlos and his wife have been very reactive, friendly and uncomplicated hosts, happy to provide personalized information. Highly recommended !

We had a short stay of 4 days, just to swim, sun and do nothing ;) It is a beautiful, clean house. Carlos was very helpful and kind. We have enjoyed our stay a lot.

Lovely villa that had a lovely pool and facilities. The property owner Carlos was a joy to communicate with and was very helpful. The only downside was the dogs in the other properties barking a lot and the sink plug in the bathroom was broken. Recommend this property to anyone. 👍

Fantastic space, fully high fenced secure location.. Wooded area for dogs 2 mins walk, garden Great for dogs. Has own bar in garden next to great pool. Carport, BBQ, Pizza oven, 10 min drive to restaurants supermarkets shopping areas. Carlos was very helpful with local knowledge and information, very good price for quality and location also Netflix for the kids was a bonus.. Thanks Carlos would like to return in summer one year😁

The property is located in a small urbanisation and as reported before is accessed via an unmade road. While not great the road is manageable. The property has some good points and some poor. The outside is good for a family holiday with large pool and facilities. The lounge/diner is large and comfortable, the weak areas are the bathroom and kitchen both of which are small and need small amounts of upgrading and need more equipment in the kitchen. A minor investment would make a significant improvement. Overall a pleasant stay with charming hosts.

After you have driven on a rather bumby and dusty road for 5 min, you come to a very comfortable large house with beautiful swimmingpool in enclosed garden. Carlos, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly. The house is about 8 min. drive from the motorway so convenient for visiting the different sites in Cadiz region. Beaches about 15 min. drive away. A car is a must for getting around.

When you arrive to the area you think what have I done but stay calm. It´s the most lovely house you can imagine. Beautiful garden and we really felt at home in the house which is decorated just in our taste. Everything there tells you WELCOME. For us it was too cold to use the pool in October but that has nothing to do with the place :-) Would be good with sun collectors to heat the pool. The house is perfect located for shopping and close to everything a tourist wants to see and do. We used La Barosso Beach which can be recomanded Carlos and his wife are very kind people and they do everything to make your holiday as good as possible. The property is a little way up an in tarmac road but this didn’t cause much of a problem We met Mila at the local supermarket and followed her to the villa. She is lovely and recommended a restaurant which we booked and was most enjoyable. Also there was no kettle in the villa so she bought us one the next day which was very much appreciated The villa itself was lovely and very tastefully decorated. The pool was lovely if a little cold but then it is October and it was fine once you were in There were only two of us so the set up was fine but if there were 6 then I think we would find one bathroom a little challenging. Also for 6people you would need a bigger table outside We would definately return to this villa and to the area which is beautiful with some lovely beaches

We spent 3 weeks in July with our children aged 1,3 and 5 years. The house is big enough, very well equipped and maintained. Only dishwashers is missing in the kitchen but this was not important for us. Carlos, the owner, is very friendly, polite and attentive, providing all attention to satisfy guests 'needs, in particular of our kids. We immediately felt very welcomed and at home so that we enjoyed our stay as of the first day. Exteriors and swimming pool are very well maintained too. The house is in the county side but very close to a big Eroski and to the city centre. Unfortunately the road connecting the house is sometimes used as a landfill and garbage is left on the sides. This is immediately forgotten when you reach the house where it is possible to enjoy the peace of the garden and have a drink at the bar near to the swimming pool. However I think that the municipality is taking all the necessary measures to fix this problem and Carlos is very committed to this. My wife and I strongly recommend Carlos 'house to families with kids. Please take into consideration that beaches are 20 minutes by car far so that for everything is mandatory to move by car . The house was excellent. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The outdoor bar and fridge are excellent as is the pool. The only issue is the road to the property which is in need of urgent repair - no fault of the excellent hosts Carlos and Mila. If you take it slow it is just about ok. We really enjoyed our stay.
