Welcome to Villa sur le Lac, an exceptional chalet located in Shannon, less than 30 minutes from Québec City. Nestled along a peaceful man-made lake with a sandy beach, this high-end property is the perfect place to fully enjoy the pleasures of summer with family and friends. Here, your days are filled with swimming, sunshine, water activities and evenings around thefire, creating the perfect vacation atmosphere to truly unwind.



During the warmer months, enjoy refreshing swims in the lake, relax on the private beach or explore the calm waters on a paddleboard. Whether you are looking for adventure or relaxation, everything is in place to create unforgettable memories: volleyball, hiking, long evenings on the terrace, summer BBQs and relaxing moments in the private spa under the stars. The spacious landscaped grounds are ideal for both lively gatherings and peaceful nature escapes.



The location is perfect for enjoying the summer season near Québec City, with quick access to several popular attractions including Village Vacances Valcartier, Bora Parc, Duchesnay and many outdoor recreation centers. In winter, the area also offers quick access to snowmobile and ATV trails, snowshoeing paths and a variety of outdoor activities.



The Villa stands out with its bright open spaces and numerous amenities designed for group comfort. The main living area features a fully equipped modern kitchen (double air fryer, raclette grill, electric fondue set and children’s dinnerware), a large dining area seating up to 16 guests, as well as a cozy living room with a propane fireplace and 80-inch television.

Garden Level: The Bedrooms!

* Refuge du sous-bois: one Queen bed, one bunk bed (2 single mattresses) and a private bathroom with shower.



The chalet also includes an additional full bathroom on the garden level as well as a powder room on the main floor for maximum comfort.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, you will find a foosball table, board games, karaoke system, Bluetooth speaker and reliable high-speed Internet.



Outside, everything is designed to help you fully enjoy your days by the water: a private year-round spa, large furnished terrace, lounge chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, floating chairs and several amenities to enjoy the lake and sunshine. The outdoor firepit is available from May to October (please inquire about exact dates, which may vary depending on the season) and a BBQ is available throughout the summer. A storage shed is also available to safely store your bicycles.



Parking is available for up to 8 vehicles and an electric vehicle charging station is available on site.
