Enveloped in stunning gardens, Villa Achada da Mouca invites moments of pure relaxation, with reading nooks, leisure areas, a welcoming veranda and a barbecue with a winter garden, which set the scene for memorable experiences.



The house, with its rustic and cosy design, combines comfort and traditional charm. Composed of two bedrooms — a suite with a double bed and another room with two separate beds — all bathed in natural light and with enchanting views over the gardens, it offers an environment of serenity and privacy.



The living room, with direct access to the outdoors, is perfect for moments of socialising or warming up by the fireplace on cooler days.



The kitchen and dining area, fully equipped, provide all the necessary comfort to prepare delicious meals. On the top floor, a lounge with a secular wine cellar and billiards table adds a touch of fun and exclusivity to your stay.



Despite having two private parking spaces, it will not be necessary to use the car to explore the surrounding nature. Just 2 km away, you will find the idyllic Queimadas area, a starting point for numerous trails and levadas in the region.



Among them, the Levada do Caldeirão Verde, the Levada do Caldeirão do Inferno, the Levada do Rei and the Levada da Silveira are unmissable. Waterfalls, forest parks with picnic areas, panoramic viewpoints, the Madeira Theme Park and the typical colourful houses of Santana complete the scenery of a unique experience.
