Stayed Sep 28, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa in Mallorca. The villa was very clean, and the host was thoughtful and attentive. The house had everything we needed, and it was just a short walk to the sea.

Stayed Jun 3, 202510 day family holiday, including 2 kids,, proximity to the beach was amazing, they absolutely loved it.. 5 min walk away. Spent most days there on the sandy beach.. bus stops 5 min walk away, easy access to explore alcudia.. House was perfect, exactly as described and had everything you needed.. excellent bbq. Rosa and Toni are great people to deal with and always available to contact should you need anything. Thanks again. Would definitely return..

Stayed Dec 23, 2022The apartment is small but worked well for 3 adults. The location is quite convenient for exploring the area especially during the off season. I would guess it would be quite busy during the main tourist months.

Stayed Jul 18, 2022Very nice house in quiet location of Alcudia. Beach a very short walk and away from hotels and tourists. Even in july, there where few people on the beach. House and garden is completely fenced allowing smaller kids to be outside more freely.

Stayed Sep 28, 2018Great localion just a few minutes walk from one of the nicest parts of Alcudia Beach. The Villa is fully equipped and has everything you need. Lovely terrace area to sit out on. As the Villa is in a quiet street is is very peaceful. I would recommend fully and would return again. Thanks very much to the Owner for being so accommodating.

Stayed Sep 5, 2017Very nice and spacious villa. There is everything necessary. The beach is 5 minutes walk. The beach is very good. Tony helped us in all matters and was very hospitable. We liked the rest of this villa.
