The Chalet de Bredanne can accommodate upto 8 people. The warm and welcoming interior is designed to offer you all the comfort you need, while the spacious terrace will allow you to enjoy dining and relaxing moments admiring the breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains.



Ideally located just 1.7 km from Duingt Castle you can easily go to the water’s edge (200m) to swim, paddle or simply relax in the sun. In addition, the famous Col de la Forclaz is just 17 km away, about 25 minutes by car, offering spectacular scenery and opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and paragliding.

The house is on 3 levels. Only levels 2 and 3 are for rent. Private entrance and parking.



Parties, late nights, EVGs and EVJFs ARE NOT ALLOWED



Check in 16.00h – 20.00h / 4 pm – 8 pm

Check out 10.00h / 10 am



There are only 3 free parking spaces. Please arrange to park only 3 cars.



After 10 pm music and noise must be greatly reduced.



A deposit of €1,000 will be required upon entry to the house by bank transfer (no cashing). If you do not respect the rules of the house, we reserve the right to use it.



The maximum capacity authorized throughout the stay is 8 people.



A Minut anti-noise sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
