Welcome to this beautifully renovated former barn located in the heart of the village of Vars Sainte-Catherine.



This spacious 165 m² chalet combines authentic Alpine character with modern comfort. It offers generous living areas, outstanding mountain views and everything needed for holidays with family or friends.

SLEEPING AREAS



The chalet accommodates up to 14 guests, plus one baby thanks to a fixed baby cot installed in one of the master bedrooms.



The bedrooms are spread over several levels, providing comfort and privacy.



Most bedrooms have their own private shower room. The ground-floor master bedroom has a bathroom located directly opposite.



Bed linen is provided throughout the year.



Bath towels are included during the winter season only. During summer, they can be rented through BNB Office Concierge.



An additional travel cot can be provided on request.

SKI ACCESS AND RESORT



The free shuttle stop is located directly opposite the chalet.



It provides access to Vars Les Claux and the ski lifts in approximately 5 minutes, with departures every 15 minutes during both the winter and summer seasons.



Free parking is available directly in front of the chalet.



Vars Les Claux offers shops, restaurants, pharmacy, tourist office and a weekly market.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION



The chalet is located in the traditional village of Vars Sainte-Catherine.



The panoramic terrace is adjoining the neighbouring property. To respect everyone's privacy, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 pm.



Pets are not allowed.
