Villa Meerzicht MIVA 3 is playfully furnished with an eye for detail - think cheerful children's wallpaper, cosy play corners and plenty oftoys. The spacious living room is light and atmospheric, with a pleasant seating area and television, a generous dining table with comfortable chairs and a luxurious open kitchen. This is fully equipped with, among other things, an induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a filter coffee maker.



On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms: One specially designed for children and wheelchair users, complete with a desk and gaming chair. The other bedroom has a foldable double bed that neatly disappears into a closet when you want more space.



Via the stairs you reach the cosy loft: on one side there is a large mattress with television - your own mini cinema! On the other side there is an extra play area for children. Do keep in mind that you cannot stand completely upright here..



The ground floor bathroom is fully adapted for people with disabilities, including support rails by the shower and toilet.



Outside, you can enjoy a spacious roof terrace with lounge chairs, a garden with a luxurious lounge set and sun beds, and a beautiful view over the water. There is even a wheelchair-friendly jetty present.



You can park your car in the public parking lot opposite the park.
