The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, and all the utensils you need to prepare meals with ease.The four bedrooms each feature air conditioning and comfortable box-spring beds. One bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and sink, while the second bathroom offers a shower, double sinks, and a luxurious spa bath. A separate guest toilet adds convenience for larger groups.Outside, an enclosed garden awaits with a dining area for eight, a barbecue, sunbeds, and a covered lounge pit with a cozy seating set — perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Arrivals are allowed daily, except on Sundays. During holiday periods, weekly rentals are required.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in begins at 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key should be returned to the original collection point.Baby cots, if provided, do not include bed linen. Please bring your own.Bed linen and towels are usually provided, but please check your booking details to confirm.Overnight guests must be registered in advance. Approval is required, and additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax may apply.Pets are welcome at this accommodation, but this must be confirmed in advance. Pet owners are responsible for their animals and must ensure they do not cause any disturbance to other guests or nearby residents.Youth groups are not permitted.Business reservations are available upon request.
