Summer Fun in the Mountains! Hot Tub, Golf Cart, Fire Pit, Family Memories!

Cozy, well stocked, with Mountain decor and lots of extras. The theater type recliners were a hit with us all. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit with s’mores and especially the golf cart. This was our first trip to the Poconos, but it certainly won’t be our last. Whenever we travel, our family does a wildlife count. We counted 91 deer and the highlight was a mama deer nursing her twins in the driveway! Ginni checked in with us several times and was the perfect hostess. We all hated to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at this property—truly perfect for our group of six, ranging in age from 15 to 53, plus our 80lb German Shepherd who was welcomed with open arms. The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home.One of our favorite moments was sipping coffee on the porch in the early morning—so peaceful and quiet, ideal for reading and unwinding. The paddle boards were a fantastic bonus, and the lake was just a short, easy walk away. The golf cart added a fun touch to our trip, making it easy to explore the community and transport gear.Even though our trip was short, it was incredibly relaxing. We made great use of the hot tub and ended our evenings around the fire pit making s’mores—classic family bonding. Ginni, the owner, was fantastic with communication—friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from booking to checkout.Honestly, we have no suggestions for improvement. Everything was just right, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful for the quality time together. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a serene getaway with all the right touches!

Everything was perfect. This was our first time to the area and we had two families getting together for a reunion stay (with kids). The lakefronts were inches away, with golf cart access that everyone loved. The hot tub and fire pit were also favorites! We ended up doing most of our meals at the house and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and barbecue dinner. The book compiled by Ginni at the house had information on absolutely everything. And, it was a dog friendly spot which was ideal for us, too! We cannot say thank you enough!

We had a wonderful stay. Our host was great. The house was perfect. We loved the yard with hot tub and swings around a fire pit. S'mores! We hope to return next summer. Thank you, Ginni.

Loved staying here. The boys loved taking the golf cart to go fishing and to kayak. Felt at home

Well appointed, as described. Worked perfect for 4 adults, 2 kids. Cabin vibe was very cozy and clean. Lakes are gorgeous. Resort is expansive and well kept, only thing we would have liked is walking trails resort.expansive

It was just what we needed quiet place to relax and de stress. We loved our stay and Ginni is an awesome host. She answered all my questions.

This Poconos home is fantastic and we highly recommend. We visited with 2 younger kids in January and there was plenty to do in the nearby area (skiing, water parks, food, hiking). The home was beautiful with games/entertainment, along with a very nice hot tub. The host was very helpful and always responsive.

We surprised our kids Christmas Eve with their gift being a trip to the poconos and mountains. Needless to say the house was absolutely beautifully decorated and couldn’t have been better ! Check in was so easy as the front was closed but our packet was available to pick up and even contacted Ginni with some questions and she called right away! She was super sweet and willing to help throughout our stay! The kids loved the games and the game lift as well as the hot tub and little hill out back to sled down! I can’t say enough great things ! We will definitely be back in spring !!

House was spotless when we arrived! It was so cozy and relaxing! Not too far from the venue! I especially enjoyed the hot tub!! I would recommend this house for its location and all the surrounding attractions that are nearby!!

We stayed here Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate with my family (4) and my sister's (3). It was a perfect space for everyone together our pups. The host was very communicative and helpful, but not intrusive at all. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed (including for the dogs). It was lovely to enjoy the hot tub while the snow was falling. Overall just a wonderful holiday. Highly recommend!

Ginni’s the best. Brought my son and a friend up for the weekend to fish and get away for the weekend. The house is fantastic, and Ginni was available for the questions I had, and she’s set up the house for maximum ease and comfort. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, thanks to her thoughtful prep and ready assistance.
