We had a wonderful stay in this property. It was very well stocked and comfortable. The local beaches are beautiful and it was a very enjoyable holiday!

The location of the house was fantastic, just a couple of minutes walk (crossing a main road) to Ballinskelligs beach, in a quiet, mature development with nice green space and a tennis court. The house is bright and practical, suitable for families and groups. We have some minor suggestions to make the rental even better. Overall the house is well equipped, particularly the kitchen, but it would be better to have bath mats and towels provided as a basic standard. The back of the house could use some TLC in terms of cleaning down walls, pathway out the back door and window ledges (which clearly had not been cleaned for some time). Carpet in the downstairs bedrooms would make them much more comfortable (on a par with upstairs). We were overall very happy with our stay, however, and would come back.

We loved everything about our stay here. The location, house layout and the fact everything in the house looked well cared for and loved, art in the house, kitchen facilities. Andrii and Colm were both fantastic at ensuring we knew everything we needed to know about the house before we arrived and answering any questions or helping with any queries e.g. extra towels. We couldn’t have met 2 nicer people. Beds could be a bit comfier.

The situation is perfect, house is way above all expections, with 3 fridges, 3 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, under floor heating and no noise even with 6 adults staying there. Lovely development with easy access to plenty of places to visit in SW Kerry. Only observation, not a complaint, is the showers could be a little stronger.

We had a lovely week staying in this beautiful modern comfortable house, set in idyllic Ballinskelligs. We were met by Andrii who was so attentive, and available at short notice and very helpful, we were greeted by a beautiful welcome card and pack from owners Colm and Áine, the house has all the essentials and is located within walking distance from the beach and has stunning views. Thank you from us all for a really great holiday experience. Only minor- but more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels/clothes when in use would be a good addition.

Great location, house has been upgraded which is great. Lovely beach, playground and cafe nearby. The Wi-Fi and smart television is a great addition when the weather is bad. Some new kitchen utensils needed, mainly frying pans.

The views from the house are amazing. The only negative was that there was very little open in Ballinskellg itself. The pub did not do food only served drinks so to eat out we had to drive to Waterville.

We have just come back from a week in beautiful Ballinskelligs ..we really enjoyed our stay but one major downside was the closure of the local pub / restaurant at Cable O’Learys. If this had been open our family holiday would have been perfect even if the weather wasn’t ...! The house was super and ideal for an active family getaway especially liked the double sided stove..made house so cosy in the evening.. We will be back.. A welcome pack would have been useful as we didn’t know anything about Ballinskelligs and the surrounding area... tips on where to eat, local activities etc. would have helped... The tennis court was a feature we looked forward to using but it is in appalling condition and was effectively useless which was disappointing.... don’t advertise it if it isn’t fit for purpose
