Spacious A-Frame w/ Game Room, Fire Pit & Modern Comforts in Hudson Valley

Beautiful, immaculate, spacious yet cozy home that we didn’t want to leave. Excellent, helpful hosts. We had a wonderful stay. The Christmas tree and snowfall were the icing on the cake!

This place was perfect! Exactly as advertised. Open, clean, and the kids had a great time hanging out in the game room downstairs. It's not 100% clear from the pictures but there's also a den on the first floor which is nice to have as a second living space. Only tiny thing was no paper towels so just remember to bring your own! Highly recommend!

Very clean. Relaxing inside and out. Well equipped.

Very comfortable home with a lot of space for a family of six. Comfy beds and large bedrooms are a definite plus. The lower level with a ping pong table, puzzles and games made for a lot of fun and competition. One thing to point out is that there is no access to laundry at the home-we missed that in the listing. The convenience to town was great for groceries and supplies. I highly recommend this home for your trip to the Catskills…you won’t be disappointed!

We had a quick stay to celebrate a family baby shower and the house was perfect for us. Perfectly clean and quiet, enough space to have other family over for snacks and hangout while we decided what to do. So clean and very comfortable. I may have missed this in the house instructions but note that there were no paper towels and 2 trash bags for our stay (BYO if you need them)

This place is 5 star, just perfect, spotless, well appointed, beatiful views, nice area. The whole property is just excellent. Highly reccomend. 10 Minutes to New Paltz, 20 mins to Poughkeepsie, super convenient.

We stayed at this rental for college graduation weekend. Home was well furnished with plenty of room for a larger party to spread out. Bedrooms are well appointed with needed amenities. Kitchen was spacious to allow multiple people be engaged in various activities without feeling crowded. The large deck with comfortable furniture was an added plus. Home is surrounded by woods but close enough to the college without feeling to far away. Any questions were promptly answered. We had a great weekend celebrating . Fire pit was nice addition with beautiful Adirondack chairs. Would highly recommend .

Absolutely stunning A-frame! Super spacious, very clean/tidy, lots of room to hang inside, downstairs or have a fire outdoors. Beautiful area not far from New Paltz. We had such a fantastic time and would recommend this place to any group staying in the area!

We had a wonderful time in this A-frame rental. Our hosts were very communicative and helped us out right away when the driveway got icy. We couldn't have asked for better communication from them. The house is also spacious with comfortable beds and very nice kitchen appliances. The house seems new and not-lived in, which is not my preference, but good for many guests. The one thing to look out for is that the picture of the wood stove suggests there is a fireplace, but it is not actually hooked up. This was disappointing, but everything else was nice.

We booked this home as additional housing for a corporate retreat. It was very close to the meeting location, as well as Main Street in the nearby town. Home was very clean and beautifully decorated. We traveled there during single digit temps and it was warm and cozy inside. Host is very responsive to questions and inquiries as well. Highly recommend if you are traveling to this area.

The house exceeded expectations. Extremely clean especially considering small dogs are allowed. The bedrooms are spacious. Everything is furnished beautifully, and the basement game room was a winner. Although there was snow, the kids still loved playing in the yard and morning coffee on the deck cannot be beat. The only thing that caused us trouble was the stove but I’m not used to a convection rangtop.
