Shepherd's Retreat at Morrells Wood

Nestled amongst the trees, surrounded by wildlife and with the idyllic sound of the nearby brook, ‘Shepherds Retreat’ is our most secluded holiday property! Shepherd's Retreat welcomes up to two well behaved dogs during your stay.



This hut is located at the end of the Ram’s patch through a picturesque rambling rose archway. Capturing the very essence of stylish glamping, the ‘Shepherds Retreat’ features a sumptuous sleeping area, en-suite showerroom and kitchen, separated by cosy seating and a fabulous wood burning stove, guaranteed to keep you toasty on even the chilliest of nights!



The kitchen comes complete with a mini oven with dual hotplates to toast, bake, roast or grill, a microwave oven and a fridge with freezer a compartment. Washing machine and tumble dryer facilities are available on request.



Formerly a ‘hen house’, the modern en-suite shower room has been cleverly incorporated into the overall layout, and is accessed via an internal door in the ‘Shepherds Retreat’.



Along with the decking outside, complete with outdoor seating and purpose- built brick barbeque, there is a fantastic, additional ‘floating’ deck, over the woodland canopy, which makes the overall outdoor space simply palatial!
