Stayed Sep 25, 2023The apartment was very modern and clean and located in a more quiet area of Venice. I was a little disappointed in the communication from the rental company though. Initially, they had offered options for airport transfer and other tours but when I asked for more information, it took days to even get a response and then they never actually offered anything (just suggested a boat taxi as the best option for airport transfer).

Stayed Dec 19, 2022The property was exactly as pictured. Located in a quiet area close to a local supermarket. We had a family of seven and we all slept comfortably. The location allows you to see much more of the typical Venice living as it is not too close to all the touristy hustle and bustle. We would stay there again for sure.
