Beautiful two bedroom villa with heated private pool in the Salobre Vista Golf complex next to the golf course. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



The villa has a modern design. Upstairs is 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The house is perfectly equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, cot, high chair, air conditioning (hot / cold), Internet, satellite TV and DVD player.



The outdoor area



The beautiful outdoor area is perfect for relaxing in the sun. There is a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, barbecue, garden, parking, private pool (5.5 mx 3.5 m) with electric pool heating (fee) and solar pool heating (ideal bathing temperatures can not be guaranteed) ,
