Salobre La Isla 8: family holiday home with large private pool, terrace and views of Salobre Lake



Salobre La Isla 8 is a holiday home designed for families or couples who want to spend much of their stay outdoors: breakfast on the terrace, time in the pool, afternoons on the Balinese bed and dinners outside with the Salobre landscape around them.



The property is located in the La Isla complex, within Salobre Golf Resort, 241 metres above sea level. From the house, you can enjoy views towards Salobre Lake, the golf course, the sea and the mountains, giving the stay a strong sense of space and landscape.



With 122 m² of living space on a 225 m² plot, the house can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. It is arranged over two levels, with the ground floor opening directly towards the terrace and the upper floor offering additional outdoor perspective.



On the ground floor, there is a living and dining area with kitchen and direct access to the terrace, a utility room and 1 bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace access.



On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, 1 bathroom with shower and a terrace overlooking the Salobre surroundings.



The outdoor area is the heart of the house: terrace, garden, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasol, Balinese bed, parking and a 7 x 3.4 metre private pool. The pool is 1.4 metres deep and can be heated electrically for an additional cost.



The equipment includes unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, Smart TV, Netflix, satellite TV, Spanish TV, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.



Your booking includes pool towels, bed linen and towels, pool cleaning twice a week and mid-stay cleaning with linen change for stays of more than 9 nights.



Gas barbecue: €107.00 per stay.

The barbecue price includes its final cleaning and 2 gas bottles per stay.

Dogs on request, with an additional charge per dog: €80.25 per stay.

Security deposit: €300.00.

Not available for groups of young people.
