River Tree Chalet is a peaceful holiday house situated next to the weir in the heart of Margaret River. With direct access to the river, it’s an ideal spot to relax or explore the town, just a 5-minute walk away. The weir is also a fantastic swimming hole in the summer. The Space
A three bedroom house located in the heart of Margaret River Town, a short stroll to beautiful walking/cycling trails, restaurants,cafes and shops on the main street of Margaret River and a leisurely 10 minute drive to some of Margaret River's best beaches and wineries.
River Tree Chalet is a practical and comfortable holiday home, perfect for families. It features three upstairs bedrooms: one with a king bed with attached an ensuite , one queen bed and the third bedroom features a queen bed and a bunk with a double bed, and a single top bunk. The second family bathroom includes a toilet, bath and shower. Downstairs you can find a laundry area and additional toilet for added convenience.
Outside, the front yard is shaded by large peppi trees, creating a paved courtyard nestled between the forest. This area includes an undercover seating space and BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining. River Tree Chalet is an ideal spot for your next family holiday in the south!

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
