Pocono Lake Chalet w/Hot Tub, Pool Table, & Fire Pit. Pet friendly!

Loved the hot tub and fireplace! Close to Jack Frost for skiing. Loved the hot chocolate set up for when we arrived.

House was great and was everything i expected. Just wish the hot tub worked during most of our stay. Also the showers was pretty cold when ran at the same time. Last is the checkout process, I was never informed where the community dumpsters were and had to find out from the community safety patrol. Other than that, the house was clean, cozy and fun.

I had very high hopes for the trip prior to arrival based on the reviews, photos, and communication by the host. Upon arrival, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that both sides of the driveway were solid ice. My truck slide right back down the driveway. While unloading, my mother in law slipped on the ice, fortunately she saved herself grabbing onto a vehicle. We were willing to look past that, although I found it unacceptable for safety reasons. While making dinner, we found mouse poop in the coffee. Again, we looked past that and cleaned it up. Now come time for bed, we found the living room pullout couch mattress had mouse poop on it, and there was poop in the queen bedroom downstairs. I’m sorry, but that’s disgusting and could potentially cause illness. The downstairs bathroom heater had wiring exposed right beside the bathtub, fire code violation . The last issue to note was the pool table. Only 3 things are attached, making it unsafe to use and in the way of a bed that was to be for one of our occupants. I contacted the property management company immediately the following morning. He said he would send someone to take care of the ice while we were out. The guy didn’t show up until we got back. He spread some salt, broke a little ice, left to go warm his hands and never came back. The host messaged me Saturday morning after the property management company contacted her. I replied with what was going on and the pictures. She did not respond or remedy anything.

We loved our stay! My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights and throughly enjoyed. We used the pool table and dart board a bunch. Hot tub was hot and ready to go when we arrived! Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing stay! 100% recommend.Cozy and quiet, Pocono Lake Chalet was the perfect weekend getaway for my family. The chalet was well-equipped with a pool table, multiple smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and plenty of board games for all ages. Outside, the grill, fire pit, and hot tub area were all easily accessible and perfect for everyone to enjoy. Our hosts even left us a s’mores kit — such a thoughtful touch! Arrowhead Lake is a serene, private community about thirty minutes from the Pocono Premium Outlets and the major mountain resorts, indoor waterparks, and spas. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a peaceful weekend escape from the city.Thank you, Pocono Lake Chalet!

The location was great and we really appreciated the pools, beaches, and parks associated with the house, which were all great for staying with young kids. We also loved the hottub!

Lake Chalet was a wonderful home to stay, very clean and had everything we needed to hang out and relax. Nice location and everyone we met was friendly. Pet friendly which was a must. Hot tub was great we were in it every night. unfortunately there was a fire ban while we were there so didn’t get to use firepit, but the chairs around it were nice. Host was very easy to work with, very responsive. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful and the house was so clean! The host was available the whole time for any questions I had. It was my first time using VRBO and I will say it was everything I was hoping.I felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. The host even left cute little welcome gifts for us.The location of the house was wonderfully located very close all the amenities. We were actually joking the only reason some of the drives were 5-8 minutes is because we had to go slow for walkers and all the deer that was everywhere!!! Just a beautiful house and location and vacation. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

Our family had a great stay at this home. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Decor was nice and welcoming. No need to over pack. Each bathroom contained soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All the couches had a cozy throw blanket. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, spices, cooking oils and spray. Owners quickly responded to any questions we had. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The property is exceptionally well equipped and the owner was a peach to deal with. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and overall comfort. The kids loved the huge selection of games and they tried some new games. We went to Hickory Run for waterfalls and hiking and to Jim Thorpe for a train ride. We were there for the heat wave but the Poconos were cooler than home and we went to the nearest pool (Minisink) almost every day.
