My Lake Chalet is in a gold-star community with plenty of amenities: access to 2 lakes, 4 beaches, playgrounds & 3 seasonal heated pools––surrounded by the beauty of Poconos’ natural wonders. The home has a relaxing six-person hot tub, sunroom & amenities that make this mountain retreat the perfect base for ski or lake activities and all the Poconos has to offer. It’s also a short walk to a lake w/ a beach and kids’ playground. Please notethat community fees apply to guests 6 yo or above. (See“House Rules” and Other Things to Note).

Guest Access:

Access credentials will be sent after registration via email by the rental office ( usually a couple of days before check-in). You are welcome to enjoy the entire house and property for the duration of your stay. Once registered as a visitor of the community, you will be able to enter the community and have access to it's amenities. Please inquire for more information.



The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in a sought-after community nestled in Pocono Mountains, PA. Here you will have access to lakes, beaches, and community amenities like pools, playgrounds, volleyball, and tennis courts. Just a short drive from major ski resorts and local attractions, conveniently located near all the essentials.



Getting Around:

Public transportation is limited, therefore we recommend having a car for easy navigation. During the winter months, we recommend driving cars with 4-wheel drive.



Other Things to Note:

» Maximum occupancy is 10 people ($50/night extra charge for guests above 6)



» The community has amenities: pools, beaches, tennis courts, etc.

» Community fees are required and paid separately for each reservation for guests above 6 yo.

» Please see chart below for community fees

» Filling our guest form ENTIRELY and paying community fees are required for community registration

» If the community registration form is not completed 1 day before check-in, you will not be able to enter the community, and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Form must be completed 3 days or earlier to avoid the $100 late registration fee. Reservations made less than 3 days prior check-in are subject to late registration fee.

» Guests are responsible for any community violations.



» Cooling - No Central Air.

» Provided: Living room AC window unit, Portable AC - Primary bedroom, Ceiling fans - all rooms, portable fans



» Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis after approval, pet policy agreement applies, only 1 small non-shedding dog allowed, 1 dog at a time and $200 pet fee

» Unannounced pets - $500 fine



» No towels at the pools and beaches

» Don’t feed wild animals

» Don’t leave food or trash exposed outdoors

» Please cover the patio couches when not in use

» Firewood is not provided

» Please check for fire bans on the Arrowhead website before starting a fire

» Safety systems tampering caries a $500 fine and is a reason for eviction and booking cancelation

» Guests are responsible for a $100 late registration for registrations less than 3 days prior check-in

» PARKING allowed only in driveway - $500 fine if not
