Come relax in style at this newly renovated chalet, convenient to all that Wilmington has to offer. A handful of great restaurants just minutes away in the town center, as well as grocery, pharmacy, maple syrup stands, and a farmers' market. The moover (Mt. Snow's free shuttle) runs year-round and is conveniently located at the end of our road. So come take it easy in comfort with all the modern amenities. All areas are available inside. Some closets will be locked as well as access to the basement. We have permanent tenants in the basement and the entrance is around the back of the house. They do not have any access to the rest of the house. The first and second floor is entirely yours. Sound proofing is really good so you do not have to worry about the noise level. We do allow all guests to explore the full property which sits on about an acre. The first floor consists of an open concept kitchen/living/dining room where the entire group can be together near a cozy fire, on the couch (queen pull out) or preparing a meal in the completely renovated kitchen, which is equipped with a brand-new electric range and dishwasher. Off the kitchen you will find the main floor full bath equipped with all the necessities. In addition, you will find the first-floor queen bedroom, with a reclaimed back wall and great lighting. Lastly, is the freshly tiled mudroom with plenty of storage, a large bench and washer/dryer which is also the main entrance to the house.

On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with a log bed and large flatscreen tv. The master balcony overlooks the backyard, perfect for morning coffee or a late-night cocktail. Across the hall, is the third bedroom with one full bed and one pull out twin trundle bed, perfect for the kids or couples. To complete the top floor, is the second full bathroom, which is truly one of a kind. This bathroom boasts a rain head walk-in shower with room for two and a floating wood vanity with a large sink. For infants and toddlers, you are welcome to use our pack and play equipped with a comfy mattress (bring your crib sheets), our highchair, sound machine and mobile.

We just recently stayed at this Chalet and the place and the owner are/were first rate. The place itself is very well apportioned with large rooms, beautiful bathrooms, great beds, etc... The wood burning fireplace (with wood cut and provided) was fantastic, the porch (with chairs) was great and the host provided all linens, towels, cleaning materials, and toiletries, which was a really nice touch. I don't normally get worked up about a mudroom but it was sized perfectly for ski/snowboarding changing and storing of equipment. And it had a washer and dryer (with laundry soap provided) to wash/dry clothes after some heavy boarding. The place is very close to town, only about 10 minutes to Mt. Snow, and is right on the path of the Mover so you don't even have to drive if you don't want. The owner (Allison) was highly communicative, provided excellent instructions, and checked in on us and / or was responsive to questions in minutes throughout our entire (prior to and during) stay. The only nit I'd have is that the road to the place is pretty beat up (mostly from snow and rain) so just be prepared to slide around a bit and definitely be ready to take your vehicle to the car wash upon return. It's mountain living so hey, it's all part of the experience. All in all, we loved the place and would definitely stay again!
