Newly built Luxury 3 bedroom Mountain Chalet in town - Hot tub and pet friendly!

Beautifully updated home and conveniently located! Check in and out was seamless. The house was spotless. Gareth was quick to respond to questions and later check out requests. We would definitely stay here again!!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Our host was very easy to contact and responded quickly to my messages/questions.

The hot tube broke down in the middle of our stay which could not be fixed till after we left. We rented this house specifically for the hot tube, so this was a disappointment. The manager communicated well about this issue, but did not offer any money back after paying extra for the tube. There was also limited Tupperware available for left overs. The beds were comfortable. The house is in a good location & is clean.

We had a minor issue with our check-in time. Gareth and his team were very responsive and got it taken care of quickly. The house is close to town and the house and property are well maintained.

Very well appointed home. Newly renovated with everything that you could use. There is not a view but it is close to downtown and close rides to the waterfalls.

Had a great experience, check in was simple, all necessary kitchen amenities were provided, place was dog friendly, complete with gates and a fully enclosed clean yard-even beds and bowls in case ours weren’t packed! House was cozy and relaxing, will definitely keep it saved for future trips! Thank you!

This is the second year we have stayed in this lovely place for our family Christmas. I would highly recommend this house. It is very comfortable, easy distance from downtown shopping, restaurants and anything else you may need. The hosts are exceptional to work with! Will definitely stay again!

It was a wonderful experience. The home had everything as described and everything we needed. The location was great.

I go with my grandson and daughter every year to tube, hike and see waterfalls. We have rented other properties and stayed in hotels and never been satisfied. Until now! Everything was really perfect from the minute we walked into a pleasant smelling house to the comfy beds and oh yes the hot tub! A 10 out of 10!

We have been staying in the area for more than 20 years in order to visit with family. This home was very convenient to restaurants and downtown Brevard. The home was unusually quiet and comfortable! The owner was exceptional with communication. By far the best place we have stayed and will definitely stay again. Perfect for our doggie too! Fully fenced in yard with plenty of room for him to run!

This was probably the most well stocked rental we have ever had. The deck and hot tub were wonderful, beds were comfortable, and they provided so much ( linens, towels, even body wash and shampoo). It was close to DuPont and downtown. Would certainly stay here again!
