Stayed Sep 11, 2024Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this oasis in the highlands. Waking up every morning to the beautiful view from our living room window was enchanting. Our unit was clean, well equipped and comfortable. As we arrived later in the evening, the site was a bit tricky to find, but well worth the effort. We would highly recommend this holiday home. Everyone in our group agreed that they would love to return to this location sometime in the future.

Stayed Jul 28, 2023The lodge worked well for our family and friends. The property management was very attentive and helpful. We didn't have any salt so he went on a search to find some for us. The only thing I would say that's difficult is that the road to get there is single lane so it was a little tricky to maneuver once in awhile. However we got to see a great view of Ben Nevis!

Stayed Jul 13, 2022The house was in a beautiful location with great views of the mountains and canal. It's a bit out of the way (about 20-25 minutes from Fort William) which is fine if you have a car, but challenging for us since we were not able to get a car until our 3rd day there. The house was not as well-provisioned as we are used to (no soap, shampoo, dish sponge, extra toilet paper, etc.) though after staying at some other house rentals we realized that's more standard here in the UK. The host was very helpful and responsive and brought over extra toilet paper, salt, and a dish sponge shortly after we contacted him.
