Yes, property was so easy to rent! Every single thing was explained! This was the most clean house that I had ever rented and they were extra supplies of everything. The grounds were beautiful. The house was

Bill and MC were wonderful hosts. They were very communicative and accommodating during our stay and provided a great guide for the area that we thought was so helpful. The property itself has so much to do on it that you don’t ever have to leave. Our young children were occupied the entire time, but the great thing was that it could accommodate for any age range. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, amazing views that no review can do justice towards, saunas, movie room/area, billiards/table tennis, pool, tennis, hot tub, bbq, fire pits, swing set…and the list goes on. The property is close to multiple towns as well making it very convenient to explore and try out nearby hiking trails. Awesome stay and thanks so much for having us!

The property is tranquil, private and the Mountain View is beautiful. My teens fished at the pond and near by stream, we took day trips; hiking to Kaaterskill falls, Kayak/Paddle boarded to the light house, swam/floated in “Big Deep.” There is plenty of entertainment for all ages back at the house, we floated in the pool and relaxed in the jacuzzi under the stars….hard to leave!!!

I’ve put off writing this review because our stay at Wilderkill was so perfect that I know whatever I say won’t do it justice. But I'll try... Bill and MC were amazing hosts, always super responsive. A question never went unanswered for more than a few minutes, and usually not even that long. The property was breathtaking, the house was spotless (and beautifully designed), and everything worked perfectly the entire time. Our kids especially loved the pool and playground. My husband and I enjoyed hitting tennis balls and shooting hoops (we keep a Pop-A-Shot in our NYC apartment and take our shooting contests very seriously, ha). We grilled almost every day, and we got in the hot tub almost every night. The fire pit was a real treat, too. We also need to work remotely for a couple weeks during our stay, and the WiFi was always very strong (for anyone who has the unfortunate burden of staying connected to the outside world like we had to). I could go on and on, but just know that this place is magic. We spent almost a month in the barn, we loved every minute, and we can’t wait to visit again someday.
