Stayed Jan 2, 2026We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and was exactly as described in the profile. We traveled with our extended family, 3 sets of adults and 5 kids between 9 and 18 and the house was just the right size for all of us. Everyone had their own space to spread out and relax. The house was well appointed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. And the mud room was large enough to easily store all of our outdoor gear. There were smart tvs in every room and we never had a problem with the wifi even when more than 15 devices were connected at the same time. It was a great experience and we would book again!

Stayed Dec 19, 2025This place was fantastic! House was clean and was perfect for our family and the kids friends. Game room and hot tub were on point! Quick drive to Sunday River was also ideal! We will definitely be back!!!

Stayed Sep 9, 2025Our stay was perfect with the house serving as a central location for everything we had planned over a week. The house itself is beautiful with all the furnishings a family could need. Our 6 year old found hours of entertainment in the arcade/game room, and the adults spent equal time relaxing in the hot tub after a days activities. We would certainly book this home again on a fiture trip to the NH/Maine area.

Stayed Jan 16, 2025We have stayed at a ton of vacation homes over the years and this one is by far the nicest. It helps that it's brand new but it was just really well designed and well stocked. They thought of all the details like period products in the bathrooms and towels for the hot tub. They even have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower. The location was amazing as well. It's a straight quick 10 minutes to Sunday River. The kids had a great time with the games in the basement and the adults had good privacy upstairs. It's really well insulated so the sound from one level to another doesn't travel. The hot tub was super fun and the fireplace was so cozy. I really can't say enough good things and we hope to be back soon.
