Stayed Feb 16, 2019Our first ever Ski holiday and not a clue where to start. I started trawling the internet for chalets to sleep 16 people and Winterfell caught my eye. It was exactly what we were looking for - modern and luxurious, but cosy! From booking all those months ago to the last day of our stay, Matei (the owner) was amazing at communicating, replying quickly to emails and giving us lost of advice about the area, ski schools etc. He also suggested about hiring his mini bus, which was such a bonus for our large group. Matei himself was there to greet us when we arrived and proudly showed us around his beautiful holiday home, telling us everything we needed to know over a glass of champagne on the sunny terrace. The chalet itself is just as beautiful as the photos, if not more so. It’s in a beautiful sunny position with amazing views of the mountains and slopes in the distance. We had a party of 8 adults and 8 children staying in the chalet, and the space was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first Ski Holiday, we absolutely loved it and are all itching to return again. Natalie, Vicki and the rest of the gang!
