When we arrived it appeared as though the place had likely been empty and been poorly maintained in its vacancy. It smelled horrible, like something head died in the vents or under the house. We live in the country so I know that smell. The dish disposal also had an entirely different, rank smell. Rotten food waste. Wasn’t sure if maybe there was an issue with the septic. We aired it out and lit candles which helped but the stanks never went away. Other than that it was fairly clean. Smaller gripes like the Murphy bed wasn’t made up, the shower head downstairs was ancient which left the spray very uncomfortable and difficult to use, the grill cover was not on the grill and was laying in the porch so both items were soaking wet outside, and several of the pots and pans were dirty and greasy in the cabinets. Hot water heater isn’t sufficient to heat master bath tub. It was Christmas weekend and I didn’t want to deal with maintenance coming in and around, so I just let it go. The house itself is fine. Similar to all the other cabins in eagle crest and right in the golf course. Good set of kitchen tools. Plenty of towels and linens.
Great space for a girls weekend. It was open and spacious and had what we needed for cooking.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin with beautiful golf course views. It exceeded our expectations as it was beautifully decorated, in an incredibly gorgeous community and very spacious. We look forward to visiting again.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. A beautiful home. We will definitely be back!
Loved the place. Will be back.
We had a great stay! Loved the property, centrally located within Eagle Crest. Would definitely stay here again.
Came to Redmond for the music festival. During our down time we golfed & used the swimming pool at the resort. House was clean & had everything we needed. Back porch is lovely in the morning for coffee!
Incredible location. Even paths to Bend and Redmond and tons of trails and things to do. Right on the course. Close to my conference. Mostly clean. Already planning a return trip with our boys.
This living room has a small tv mounted too high on a wall and there is NO cable available, can’t even get local news and basic channels. Poor lighting for readers ?Management company was responsive to problems in there control. Worn-out thin and scratchy towels too! We won’t stay here again. Too expensive!
Well done. Great communication. There were some dirty closed stuffed in the cushions of the coach. Kinda gross. But overall a great stay
Will definitely stay here again
Place was really nice with lot of natural light coming in. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Backyard was well maintained. Kids really enjoyed being able to run around in backyard. Resort had good amenities and kids really enjoyed outdoor pool. Bad part was the cleaning. Bed sheets and pillows were very dirty and had not been washed from previous stay. Definitely didn't feel comfortable getting into bad and had to wash all sheets and covers before using them. I had read a few similar reviews but didn't think much of it until we got there and actually saw the condition.
