Lovely 4 berth chalet to hire in Hemsby nearby the beach ref 18177B

A lovely little home ideal for a short break. Good facilities with easy check in and out. We didn't find the cost of electricity to be that bad, depends on how many people are using the shower/bath. Cleanliness was generally good but a few hairs left in the bath, lots of cobwebs and spiders, sofa and armchair needed a good clean or to be replaced, they have seen better days. The location is quite a walk from the beach, not great for young children or the elderly. Hemsby is full of arcades, bars and chip shops. Very busy during the summer periods. The site is basic, no information available about times, no reception or anyone to ask as it's all owners only. There is a shop but the shopkeeper was a bit hostile. There's a small amusement arcade and a cafe that only takes cash. A cashpoint is in the arcade but charges. I think there maybe a pool that is open in the winter but we're still none the wiser. The company dealing with our booking couldn't give us any further information which was frustrating. In all, a lovely chalet in the wrong place.

Great property, we had to do a bit of cleaning when we arrived as cobwebs and spiders in the bedrooms and bathroom. Other than that was an amazing stay and we would definitely recommend to others and would be back in a heartbeat!

This is a good sized apartment for a short break. Not too far from Gt Yarmouth and with its own amenities nearby. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Good, shops are good

The chalet was immaculate and so clean. We would highly recommend it to anyone. We can't comment on the facilities as we were visiting friends so didn't use any of them.

Great place to stay very spacious and a great location close to amenities and bus route.

Clean and tidy

The place spotless and very comfortable with everything you need but for us it’s a little bit to far from the heart of the main strip of Hemsby,

Had a lovely time in a lovely place everything was brand new cutlery crockery furniture etc nicely decorated, ironing board iron and hair dryer supplied, the only minor thing wrong was the bath plug hole was blocked and could do with cleaning out of hair etc, great on site shop swimming pool and arcade daughter had a great birthday and it’s a short walk to hemsby and a short drive to Great Yarmouth would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back again
