Salobre Los Lagos 8 is a holiday home designed to adapt to different types of stays. It works comfortably for smaller families or groups in its main areas, and offers extra capacity when needed thanks to its separate semi-basement apartment.



The house is located in the Los Lagos complex, within Salobre Golf Resort, 214 metresabove sea level. Its setting brings together residential architecture, golf course scenery and views of the golf course, sea and mountains, creating a very characteristic Salobre holiday backdrop.



The property has 98 m² of living space on a 165 m² plot and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old. Its layout is especially flexible: the main house can be used for smaller bookings, while the semi-basement apartment is opened when the number of guests requires it.



On the upper floor, there is one bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm double bed, air conditioning with cooling and heating, and a bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor, there is a living and dining area with kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning with cooling and heating, one bathroom with shower, a pantry and a utility room.



Important information about the semi-basement apartment: this area is opened automatically for bookings of 5 guests or more. It includes 2 bedrooms: one with a 180 x 200 cm double bed without window and one with two single beds, plus a bathroom with shower and a living and dining area with kitchen. There is no air conditioning in the semi-basement apartment. For bookings of 4 guests or fewer, this apartment is not opened by default, although it can be requested as an extra cost if guests would like to use the additional space.



The outdoor area is made for enjoying the house throughout the day: covered terrace, garden, sun loungers, parasol, Balinese bed, private pool, gas barbecue, garage and parking. The private pool measures 4.8 x 2 metres and has a depth of 90 cm, ideal for refreshing moments at home between plans around the resort or the south of the island.



Inside, the house includes unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating in the main areas, Spanish TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and fitness equipment.



Electric pool heating is available at an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C. The gas barbecue is also available at an additional cost.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels and pool cleaning once a week.

Dogs on request, with an extra charge per dog: €80.25 per stay.

Security deposit: €500.00.

Not available for groups of young people.

Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
