This place is a must stay for anyone looking for a nice big cabin on a scenic property in Colebrook. Perfect location for atv trail access 10/10

The Mountain View’s were amazing. Privacy a ten. Access to snowmobile trails a tenOverall the location cannot be better. Host was accessible .

Cabin is very clean great location relaxing.

Not set up for couples but no complaints. Didn’t mind the single beds! Hot plate in the coffee maker doesn’t work but we drink it so fast it was fine. Advertised Air Conditioning but we couldn’t get it to work. Luckily the nights were cool. Could have reached out but wasn’t really needed. Our host Greg was wonderful with communication. First time I’ve had that through VRBO. Would recommend this cabin to anyone. Views views views!

A beautiful house with great views.

Cabin was immaculate & fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Views were breathtaking. About 15 min from the town & directly on trail system. The only thing that could have made this rental better was access to a washer & dryer - there was not one on site. We already can’t wait to come back!

We had an excellent Sunday - Thursday stay at Greg's cabin during the month of August. It was our first time renting this particular cabin, and we absolutely loved it. It was perfect for my husband and I as well as our 15yo son and 3 friends. Easy access to the trail system in Colebrook, we enjoyed riding our quads. We also rented a SXS from Bear Rock Adventures, a convenient 15-minute ride, if that, from the cabin. We food shopped before arriving in Colebrook. The kitchen had TONS of storage and a full-size fridge. Also equipped with everything we'd need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sleeping rooms met our needs. We happened to be there during a stretch of 90 degree weather; we were thankful for the ac unit in the room where my husband and I stayed (FYI, it was 2 twin beds in the master, but that actually added to our vacation LOL). We appreciated the stand up shower and toilet in the master suite so the boys could have their own separate full bathroom. The livingroom was just perfect for relaxing. We did a lot of nighttime reading and playing games, and the kids hooked up the Xbox to the smart tv (we brought our own Xbox and HDMI cable). The views are why we booked this cabin and they did not disappoint. An absolutely breathtaking piece of land with stunning views. Thank you, Greg!

Great trip! Very clean home.make sure you read the driving instructions before you arrive! We didn’t notice that after you book they provide driving instruction because GPS takes you up a ATV trail

Our family absolutely enjoyed our week long stay at this beautiful, cozy cabin while exploring Northern NH and VT. The cabin is very clean and well stocked with all of the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The mountain views are gorgeous and the location is very peaceful, but only a short drive into town and local attractions. The host is very helpful and communication was excellent. We highly recommend this cabin and will happily stay again if in Northern NH.

A group of family and friends stayed a week for our annual snowmobiling trip. Location is perfect with direct access to the trails and fuel.The house is perfect for a group of six. There is ample parking for four vehicles with snowmobile trailers. Would have liked to have a washer and dryer. Otherwise it was great.

Stayed there for a guys Snowmobile trip. The cabin was perfect! Great location with good trail access. Very clean. Plenty of parking for large trailers. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to respond to communications. We will be back!

The perfect Christmas getaway. Everything was perfect. Beautiful views, great hills for sledding and tons and tons of snow for our family’s first white Christmas! Greg couldn’t have been more helpful and communicated constantly. Definitely would love to come back and stay again

Traveled to Colebrook for a family wedding at Mohawk Falls. We had a beautiful stay at the cabin enjoying the fall colors.

I stayed here with a group for a weekend of ATVing and we all really enjoyed the property and we will be coming back again.
