Lake views & outdoor living

The upstairs living area opens onto the deck, putting the lake view at the heart of your stay. Bring your coffee outside in the morning, share dinner at the outdoor table, or gather around the fire table as the day winds down. The private hot tub sits on the lower deck.

Your own space to relax

Enjoy a quiet session in the sauna, a soak in the hot tub, or a workout in your private fitness area. A single-person plunge tub is also available for a cool dip. The plunge has no chiller and is filled with tap water; you can purchase ice locally for a colder soak.

All four bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, so families and friends can share the home with a little more privacy.

Upper level:

Entry level:
• Two king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom
• Bunk bedroom with ensuite bathroom

Stairs connect the two levels. The kitchen and main gathering spaces are upstairs to make the most of the view.

Meals, movies & a little competition

The open kitchen, dining and living space keeps everyone together, whether you're preparing breakfast, sharing takeout or settling in for a movie. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, utensils and tableware, plus a Keurig coffee maker.

Challenge someone to a game on the arcade, or sign in to your own streaming accounts on the Roku TVs with Guest Mode. A washer and dryer are available for swimsuits, workout clothes and longer stays.

Before check-in, the booking guest will need to sign our rental agreement, including an amenity liability waiver. Guests agree to follow house and safety rules and assume the risks of using the hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, gym, arcade, grill and fire pit.

• Stairs: The home has two levels. The kitchen and main living and dining areas are upstairs, so stairs are required.
• Sleeping arrangements: Three king beds and a bunk bed. The living-room sofa offers an additional sleeping option, though it does not convert into a bed.
• Cold plunge: The plunge tub has no chiller. Fill it with tap water and purchase ice locally if you prefer a colder soak.
• Community facilities: Pools, pickleball and the playground are shared. Outdoor pools are seasonal, and all community facilities are subject to operating hours, rules and closures.
• Pets: One dog under 40 lb may be approved in advance for a $30-per-day pet fee. Please review the full pet policy in our house rules. Applicable assistance-animal policies apply.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM; checkout is by 10:00 AM.
• No parties or events. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
