Guests will have private access to the entire home, including:

Lake & Boat Use – Strictly Enforced
To access the lake and use the kayaks, paddle boat, or canoe, both of the following steps must be completed prior to check-in:

Sign the required liability waiver. This will be sent to you upon booking.

Purchase Emerald Lakes Association amenity passes.

Once both are completed, we’ll provide the code to unlock the boats.
Failure to sign the waiver will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure guest safety and community compliance.

Boat rentals (Pine Trees Lake)

Lake beaches with bathhouses & playgrounds

Three additional fishing lakes (permits required)

Outdoor pool season runs Memorial Day through Labor Day

Pricing:

$20.00 per person for 1-day pass

$30.00 per person for 3-day pass

Children 2 and under: Free

Passes can be purchased at the Admin Office or Indoor Pool Lodge.
Please plan ahead to ensure smooth access to all amenities. We’re happy to help with the waiver or pass process—just reach out!

Other things to note
Our home is situated within a non gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form as well as a supplying a picture Id. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests.

Indoor fireplaces are NOT available for guest use.

If registration form and waiver are not received within 48 hours, guest will be subject to a 100 dollar fee.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
