- Upstairs: 1 master suite with private bathroom and toilet (180x200 bed), 2 rooms equipped with 2 single beds each (possibility of joining the beds), 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet,

- On the ground floor: 1 room equipped with 1 double bed (160 x 200) and its private shower room with toilet,

- Open kitchen overlooking the living room with all amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine

- Comfortable and bright living room,

- WI FI access (fibre),



A large garden of 6000 m2 facing South/South-West, private parking with shelter to charge your electric car.



Several terrace spaces:

- With direct access to the kitchen, the dining area is sheltered by a lovely pergola where a wisteria grows,

End of stay cleaning is mandatory, an intermediate cleaning can be considered upon request.

Household linen is optional (2 towels, sheets and kitchen cloths) and pool towel
