House in Alcudia Villa Xisco near the beach

We were there with our 2,5 years old child and it was perfect with no stairs and the fence all around the house. The house had everything we needed - everything for grilling, cooking and enough towels and bed sheets. The neighbours were really nice to us. It is a quiet neighbourhood, you only hear some live bands in the evening from the far away hotels. But we loved that, too. For little children that sleep during the day I would bring a big cloth or blackout blind to get the room dark. The only minus I could give is that we are home now and not there anymore. We loved the house!

The property was actually much bigger than we expected and we could have easily taken more guests and still had our own privacy. The outdoor space was the highlight and we made use of the BBQ on a couple occasions and virtually never came inside as the property has good sunlight for the majority of the day. Overall couldn’t recommend this place enough for a chilled out, relaxed time in Mallorca!

The property was very well presented, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of appliance, facilities and utensils in the kitchen to ensure cooking inside and outside on the BBQ was easy. No less than 3 dining areas and a breakfast bar allowed plenty of choice for eating although majority was spent on the table outside. Plunge pool and outside shower were a really nice addition, with plenty of room outside for sunbathingfinding shade. The toaster failed to hold the bread down on the first day and this was rectified quickly and without fuss - I found this a very positive experience. We all found the amount of room inside and outside very good and made for a comfortable stay.

The home was spacious with easy parking. It was lacking in basic sundries like enough toilet paper for a 5 day stay for 4 people, salt, pepper, tea towels, dish cloths, olive oil. After travelling for 24 hours it was inconvenient to have to go out and get them when you didn’t know the area and were tired and exhausted. Instructions for heaters in English would be appreciated. Pool was too cold to use. It was difficult to get out the locked gate to access the patio. We enjoyed our stay but a bit more could be done to help out of country visitors with a language barrier.

Spacious villa with 3 double bedrooms. Clean and tidy. Outside space to enjoy the sun. Property felt dark even with shutters open. No access to English TV. Foam pillows not the best.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this house. It's really spacious and clean, the outdoor space is lovely and everything was well equipped. The area is great, short walk to the beach and there's a bus stop 5 minutes walk away where you can take a bus to the old town, Palmathe airport (or lots of other places). Really lovely street, not far from shops and restaurants. Dear guest, thank you very much for spending your holiday with us. We had a great stay at this lovely place, it was a really ideal location! Very quiet but also just a 10min walk to the beach and a few bars, restaurants and clubs. Would highly recommend for groups and families.

Vi really loved to stay at Villa Xisco, it was clean, nice and a really big house so close to the city at the samme time as it was cilent. We will come back for sure :)
