This nice holiday home, built around the turn of the century (1897), is located high in Lysekil's most popular district Gamlestan with fantastic views of the city.

Guests have their own furnished patio with barbecue in a sunny and sheltered location. Two minutes walk to the center, swimming and Norra Hamnen's popular restaurants. Free parking nearby.

The house consists of living room, kitchen one bedroom with two beds and guest toilet downstairs. One bedroomwith double bed and two cat loft / children's room with single beds with full dimensions and bathroom with shower and washing machine upstairs (renovated 2024). There is a high chair and travel cot for the really little ones. The downstairs is completely newly renovated with new kitchen, double kids, induction hob, integrated fridge & freezer and dishwasher. The living room has smart TV, board games, free Internet.
