Stayed Jun 11, 2026Home was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our stay at South Higgins Lake while our kids and grandkids camped at the state park. We day visited at the campground and then came back for a comfortable night's sleep.

Stayed Mar 20, 2026Very comfortable and clean. Great use of the space for accommodating multiple guests. The kitchen was well-stocked. The flow restrictor on the showerhead was a minor inconvenience but was still useable. I would stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends.

Stayed Jan 29, 2026We had a fantastic stay! The property was very clean and easy to access, which made everything stress-free from the start. Angelo was incredibly quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great—convenient yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A huge bonus for us was the driveway, which was perfect for parking our 20’ trailer with no issues at all. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!

He communicated when we arrived, and when we left making sure we enjoyed our stay at his home. Only 5minutes from South Higgins state park, beautiful beach access. I would highly suggest this property, our family will definitely be back
