Stayed Aug 9, 2025Excellent stay in this well-equipped apartment with terrace in the attic of a nice ‘baits’. From breakfast to dinner, we daily enjoyed the terrace and the view on the mountains around Cortina. inside is also very cosy and comfortable. Definitely a wonderful place 15 to 20 min away from the towcenter. Interaction with the landlord were seamless and the place extremely tidy.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025Giuseppe's apartment is very pleasant for a stay close to Cortina. Located on the top floor of a chalet, it's perfect for a family of 4. Very well decorated and equipped, with a beautiful view of the mountains; A 5-minute drive from the resort, it's in a quiet area but assumes a car; Thanks for the welcome!

Stayed Aug 31, 2024We had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend it. The chalet had every we needed and we were very comfortable. It had a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s a short drive to Cortina, parking was occasionally a bit tricky in Cortina.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Cortina is well located for 3 hikes we wanted to do, so that was great. The town itself , however is under major construction, demolition in preparation for the 2026 Olympics. Cranes everywhere, over 15 of them, parking downtown is already bad, but with construction everywhere, even more limited. We spent the previous week in Ortisei, Val Gardena and the houses are in much better shape. Cortina is more expensive , but many residences in poor shape. Probably be looking great for the Olympics in 26, but for now a bit of a nightmare, unfortunately. Apartment was ok, but would benefit from a microwave and a shower curtain. The house next door was being renovated, so noise at times and they paved the street while we were there, so not great walking on sticky tar for part of our walk to town, but part of beautification of Cortina for 2026, I guess. Communication with owner was great, and service from manager very efficient.

Stayed Jun 12, 2018We loved our stay in the roof top apartment of this elegant villa located in a lovely private area a few minutes from Cortina Centre. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with fantastic mountain views. We had stayed in the Dolomites a number of times previously but this was our first visit to Cortina and we were extremely impressed - The area is stunning, with unrivalled opportunities for climbing, via ferrata, cycling, walking etc...it's an outdoor enthusiast and nature lover's dream. The town has everything you need. We stayed in the mid-June which is quite early for a summer holiday in the mountains. However, that said, many of the lifts were open and we had great weather. Highly recommended.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969the apartament is a very nice loft inside an elegant villa. You can enjoy a beautiful view from balcony and living area. Beautiful furniture and nice position: not far from downtown but outside traffic area. In 100 meter ski-shuttle stop and a minimarket. Satellite tv an wi fi, even if not very fast . Thanks home-away, we had a wonderful vacation!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I’ve booked this villa attic over the internet. It is always a small thrill as, even if pictures were well understandable, you never know. The result went far beyond my expectations. This should be owned by some prestigious interior decorator. A lot of villas in Cortina are wonderful but this for sure it is shown in some architectural review. Beside the décor and the furniture everything made me happy. We are “picky people” me and my wife but here really nothing to complain about. Position is great. Cortina is good all year around but we went early summer and the landscape was breathless. The Villa is 5 minutes walking time to the main street (Corso Italia), and this is perfect as is not in the traffic jam (YES Cortina has traffic and parking issues) but close enough to go to the center by walk. There’s the old railway (ferrovia) that has been converted into a bike or walking path that is just across the street. The view is great. From the dining room you have got 180 view of the dolomites. The flat is the 3rd floor (penthouse) of a villa called “Maria Luisa”. There is satellite dish, two bedrooms, wi-fi and all the comforts. Even if I’m a good skier I warmly advice Cortina in Summer as you have a lot of options there. Is not the typical mountain village, you have got boutiques, trendy restaurants, a nice department store (called Cooperativa) and more and more. One of the best holidays of our life
