The house has 4 spacious bedrooms all with double beds, 3 full bathrooms, and a double sofa bed located in the living room.



The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is ideal for both daily use and enjoying special moments with family or friends. It is importantto note that the kitchen is fully equipped; however, it has a small executive refrigerator and we have a larger refrigerator on the terrace with access from the living room.



The property features a covered jacuzzi for 5 people on its interior terrace with beautiful sea views.



The villa has several accesses to the pool area, you can access it from one of the rooms located on the upper floor, and there are also stairs from the dining area that lead you to the room located in the lower part of the villa with access to the pool, just as it has stairs and/or a ramp at the main entrance to access the pool area.



On the outside of the house we have: parking for 2 cars, a terrace with dining area for 10 people, chill out area and barbecue, and then we have the pool area with impressive sea views.



The villa is only a 10-minute walk from the beach, however it is important to note that part of the road does not have built sidewalks.



Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, not inside the house.



Our villa is a strictly family space, designed to guarantee the tranquility, rest, and well-being of everyone. Therefore, it is completely prohibited to hold parties or gatherings that generate annoying noise and disturb the peace of the neighbors.



The failure to comply with this regulation will result in penalties. The accommodation reserves the right to retain the security deposit (guarantee deposit).



The check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive outside this time, please let us know when making your reservation so we can inform you about your late check-in options.
