Will the host was very helpful. We had 4 grandkids with us and they were very entertained the entire 4 days with all the games. As were the adults. The big hit was the new theater room that Will had just set up. At one point all 10 of us were watching a movie at the same time. Fantastic vacation. THANK YOU WILL

Host was very welcoming - we arrived in the dark, and appreciated the lights were on for us. Really lovely and comfortable home with plenty of space for the 6 grown ups, 2 little girls baby. Appreciated the 'little things' - coffee, spices, dishwasher pods - and plenty of dishes and pots and pans to do some cooking and eating in. Wonderful fenced in backyard too. Great communication with the host. And the games were fun for all of us!

Great space with ample room for the dog to run around. Tons of activities in the house and very close to hiking and trails. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of deer roaming around as well. All in all great property and experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had all the amenities exactly as advertised and was spotless upon arrival. The fenced backyard was definitely a plus, especially for relaxing outdoors. My family and I had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

It was like being at home. We brought some quick food to make and everything we needed was there. The wild life out side was crazy just to see all the deer so close. The game rooms were great and kept everyone entertained into the wee hours of the morning and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. Six of us and a toddler and 2 dogs and a puppy. We were all comfortable. This is a great place to book and not too far from Jim Thorp

Everything was great! Very informative host. Kept in touch with when I needed help. Clean, comfortable stay. Adult children loved the game rooms and theater room. Nice home!

Great place for a family with children or even a large group of grownups! So much fun games to play; beach/pool nearby & so many deer to watch. We had a great time!

The weather was not great during our stay and the gaming variety kept everyone busy. It’s the perfect balance if you want to relax and do some things around the area.

Will (the owner) is very good at communication and made the whole vacation easy and carefree. The property was exactly as described and we really enjoyed the game and movie rooms. On the day of check-in we saw a black bear mama and her 3 cubs right along the road. Every day we had visits from deer in the backyard too! The beach and lake were a welcome relief from the heat. Truly a wonderful vacation with our family.

Great place with plenty to do. Along with great location in the poconos, winery close by and paintball. Plenty of rooms and space for people as well.

Our group of five elderly siblings and four spouses had a good stay in the retreat. Quiet setting in the woods with lots of deer to keep us entertained. Lots of time spent on the pool table and the upstairs game room. Well equipped kitchen where we prepared all our meals for all seven days and the dining table provided space for all 9 of us to share meals. Host Will was very responsive and went so far as to bring us a DVD player so we could watch some movies we brought with us. There is a huge well furnished deck that we didn't use because of cloudy, chilly, rainy weather. Maybe next time!

This house is great for an extended family trip. We had a really nice time. The house offers a lot with the extended game room upstairs. It’s a good location for Jim Thorpe, all of the nature trails and water parks.

Will made the check-in process very easy and the house was great. Enough space and plenty to do for a weekend with a group of friends including a dog and a toddler.

This property was great. We had four adults and two dogs. Location was perfect, between Jim Thorpe and Lake Harmony. Very dog friendly, and the fenced in yard was a huge plus. We enjoyed watching five dear freely roam the neighborhood daily. The property is well maintained and the owner is very responsive for whatever is needed.

The house has so much to do, nearby local attractions. Had a wonderful time!

We had a great time at this property over Presidents Weekend. There were ten of us and there was plenty of room to spread out and sleep. Our grandkids really enjoyed the game rooms and we watched the Eagles Superbowl win parade on the 85 TV!! Took the kids tubing and enjoyed a couple meals at the nearby resturants. We would definitely rent here again!!

Clean house, lots of deer around to look at!! We went skiing at Blue Mountain, was a nice house to relax in between days of skiing and tubing!

Our family had a great time this weekend. Everyone loved the games. Movie room was a big hit with my son. Fenced in and very spacious yard was great to have especially while outside playing in the snow. Owner was easy to communicate with. It was so nice not having to pack linens and towels since they were provided. Can’t wait for our next trip back to this house!

Great location, very clean, lots of games to keep all ages occupied. Fully stocked kitchen, linens in all the rooms & even popcorn for the popcorn machine in the media roomroom!

Everything was excellent. 2 games rooms..plenty to keep kods busy. Had deer come right thru front yard. Front and back sliding dooors stick a little, but the place and whole stay was awesome. We had a last minute change due to attending a funeral and the host was very accompdating, helpful, and caring in trying to help fulfill another day for us

We go to Pa every year to get family together and hang out. The kids loved all the games to chose from and play. Loved the movie area as well. My entire family enjoy our visit and stay.

We had such a great time in this lovely house. Its two big game rooms have everything to occupy kids and adults. Personally for me one of the biggest plus of the property was fenced backyard so I could let my dog walk around freely. The house itself was nice and clean and comunication with the host was very easy. Would love to come here again !

The house and process with the owner was great. There are so many options for games, the theatre room was a great bonus, and the inside feels bigger than what the pictures show. There were also games and books for younger children which we really appreciated. They do have a sizeable bump in the back yard that is hard to see in pictures, which made watching the kids a little more difficult - although they loved rolling down the hill! We would have loved being able to burn fires outside (neighborhood rule for renters) and cabinets in the kitchen being labeled. It was a really great spot for family/friend vacation and would recommend the owner and property to friends and family as well.

Very close to home but like being in another world. Traded our dog and cats for deer and turkey! The house was pretty much exactly as described. The game rooms were really fun, and we even did a family movie night in the theater room. The owner is super responsive and made everything seamless. The community is great for walking with the little one's stroller. We hit an unseasonable cold snap so we really didn't take advantage of the sandy beach or playground at the lake which would have been fun otherwise. Didn't matter; there was plenty to do. Jim Thorpe was an easy drive although beware: lots of eateries are not under-21 friendly, period. We had a blast at Big Creek Winery - the actual vineyard, not the Jim Thorpe tasting room. They were so accommodating with our granddaughter. Wonderful wines and snacks, reasonably priced. We would never hesitate to book this home again.

This home was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We were close to hiking and biking trails as well as downtown Jim Thorpe. We loved the gaming room. Everything was clean and comfortable. We’re looking forward to a return trip.

My family recently stayed here and it is by far the best home we have rented in 20 years. Everything in the home was clean, worked great, and the furnishings were very comfortable. The tv room and games were outstanding and the home is impeccably maintained. The property is fantastic. Our dogs were able to safely stay outside in the fenced yard while we enjoyed the large deck in the sun. The surrounding woods were so serene and quiet. We ended up staying home more than we ventured out because of how nice it was. Will, the property owner was very friendly and responsive. We have never returned to the same rental twice, but we will be back here, finding a true home away from home.

Property was very nice and clean. Nice having a fenced in yards for dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Many games to keep kids entertained.

This house was perfect for our large group of adults and little children. The game room was a massive hit and made for some great evenings.
