Very roomy, comfortable and nice natural location.
The set up was perfect for us. We loved the big windows showcasing the fall foliage and creek.
We had a great experience, easy access to Mt Hood. Would definitely come back!
The photos of this home are totally inaccurate. The house was disgustingly unclean, furniture is blown out, the deck was unsafe, and the pool was nonexistent. The property manager was open to texting with us while we were at the house and seemed concerned by our grievances. My partner actually STEPPED THROUGH THE DECK! But once we left, all communication stopped. We had discussed them giving our cleaning deposit back to us since we spent FOUR HOURS cleaning and prepping the house to be able to even stay there. But I’ve heard nothing since. I will now be having my credit card company fight the entire bill of the house and will be reporting Vacasa for scamming us. You’re lucky we’re not suing for injuries accrued on the property. It’s an absolute disgrace no one has gotten back to me after our stay. I will never use this site again.
We enjoyed our family time. Most were comfortable. All enjoyed the cabin space. We could not find the living room fan remote, but the box fans helped immensely. The tack strip between the kitchen and the living room carpet needs attention. There are nails that poke bare feet.
I love the scenery in space sleeping arrangements weren't bad. I most definitely would recommend them to get their AC figured out cuz it was hot the AC didn't work or none of us could get it to work, the hot tub didn't get very hot, it takes two cycles in the dryer to get anything dry, no cleaning supplies or garbage bags, no batteries in remotes had to buy some . As beautiful as the location was I personally don't think I would rent it again.
Overall the house is great. Little things like the screen door being jacked up, the hot tub could use a solid cleaning and the corner pillows replaced, better regulated heat are all pretty darn minor. Price wise, location wise and overall the place is amazing. I will say the hot tub was a life saver after we socked it and added water and cranked the temp. After 3 days of riding it was much needed each night. Would defintely stay here again!
The location was perfect, the surrounding forest and stream behind the house was beautiful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for ?
Very clean, beautiful location and interior, great kitchen. Beautiful upstairs bedroom. Great, roomy bathrooms. Electric wall heaters weren't all working. We never got the heater working in the lower bedroom with the queen bed. I tried to ask about it via app messaging but never got the final answer. The living room has three wall heaters but only the middle one was working. The weather is extra-cool right now so fortunately the wood pellet stove was awesome and a couple space heaters were available. Some family members complained the mattresses weren't comfortable. No manual existed for misc. questions like what to do with garbage, etc., so we had to put the bags outside. I couldn't find a garbage can or dumpster. The supply of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper) was insufficient. The hot tub looks great but we didn't use it (it's snowy and icy now).
Loved the comfy warm home and wood pellet fire place. The beautiful backyard with a small stream was very nice. But the hot tub could not heat up after the first use. When we first got in it was at 106f and we turned it down to 103f, next day it was stuck at 95f and when we turned the heat up all the way it wouldn’t warm up. Next day it was at 91f and still wouldn’t warm up. Only complaint about the trip. Hot tub fees costed a lot for it not to work properly.
