Ellicottville Chalet on a secluded 10 acre lot in the woods w/ The Ultimate Game Room! Our chalet is perfect for 3 or 4 families or 4-5 couples. The Ultimate Game Room: indoor pickle ball, ping pong, 2 cornhole sets, and pop o shot (radiant floor heated). 25 year old min renter age and 13 guests maximum please. AWD needed in winter to park near chalet (we have a lower parking area for non-AWD). Beds: 1 King, 2 queen, 2 full, and 3 twin.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available if needed.

We are in the woods and only 2.3 miles from Ellicottville village. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire chalet and all 10 acres are yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, bubble hockey, and dart board. The Ultimate Game Room includes: indoor pickle ball court, 2 cornhole sets, ping pong, and pop o shot.

Love this property! Beautiful views from every window. Three generations of family and enough room so no one got on another’s nerves. Loved the game room. Only one of four cars was able to scale the VERY STEEP and Icy driveway so loading and unloading was a problem. But we managed.

The house was clean and accommodating. We had to reach out to the host due to a car issue and they responded within minutes. It was located very close to Holiday Valley. We had a great time and would stay here again.
