Step into timeless majesty at Emerald Chalet in Nicklaus North. The quintessential Whistler chalet, this enchanting home will allow you to enjoy Whistler like a local. Located in the Nicklaus North complex, it's a 5 minute drive to the main Village and ski hills, and is located on the first hole of the infamous Nicklaus North Golf course, directly across from the Clubhouse. For golfers, it can't get much better than this.

With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a massive fully equipped open kitchen and living space downstairs, private Jacuzzi hot tub and plenty of space for all your gear, you may have just found the perfect home base for your family or group's ski, golf, or bike trip to Whistler.

The interior of the home offers a cozy, comfortable and authentic ski chalet vibe, with its large wooden pillars and classic decor. The kitchen is equipped with modern gas powered cooking appliances and fully stocked for home cooking. You'll find a fireplace downstairs and in two upstairs bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows flooding the home in natural light, and a large outdoor private patio with a BBQ for summer dining. All the TV's have been set up with cable and streaming capabilities and the house offers high speed Wi-Fi of 100 MBPS for anyone working from home.

Nicklaus North is a family-oriented, quiet and residential neighbourhood. It is a wonderful area of Whistler to spend your peaceful vacation. We cater to quiet families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway in nature.

Please note this home does not have air conditioning, however it does offer plenty of airflow and fans to stay cool.

LOCATION:
Nicklaus North is a lovely local neighbourhood located next to Green Lake just a 5 minute drive north from the main Village. It's the ideal setting for those who are seeking a little more peace and tranquility than the center of town can offer. In the summer, the location is incredible for golfers and bikers. The first home on Nicklaus North Golf Course's first hole, walk out the door and tee off 20 meters from your back patio. In summer, bikers have almost instant access to the expansive network of Lost Lake trails and the Valley trail. In the winter, the home is a quick 5 minute drive to the day lots for gondola access, or a 30 second walk to the Lost Lake cross country trails. Watch the evening alpenglow from the Green Lake boardwalk or enjoy a beverage on the patio at Nicholas Norths' Table Nineteen, a 1 minute walk from the home.

Other things to note:
All guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement within 24 hours of booking to confirm their reservation. We will also require a piece of government ID with the name matching the name on the reservation and the credit card to be uploaded to our secure portal.

This home has a Ring Doorbell camera at the front entrance for security purposes

A member of our team will meet you at the property for Check-In to show you a few key pieces of information about the home. Check-In times are between 4pm - 7pm. A $75 late Check-In fee will apply if guests Check-In between 7pm - 8pm. No Check-Ins past 8pm unless previously approved.

Please note we have a strict no party rule and all guests must be a minimum of 30 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    We had such a lovely stay at ZenAway in Whistler! The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The check-in was super smooth, communication was quick and easy, and the location was perfect — close to the village but still quiet and peaceful.

    Wow. Everything was great, the home, the town, the location, the hosts, everything! Communication before and during our stay was perfect. They offered recommendations on places to eat, things to do, and they are experts on the area. The clubhouse was right across the street and had a great restaurant and bar that we frequented. The only drawback was the early morning noise from the golf course groundskeepers. We would absolutely stay here again!

    We had an exceptional stay in Whistler in this magnificent house, ideal for our group of 4 couples and 2 children. The parking spaces were very convenient for our 4 cars. The house, of remarkable standing, combines comfort, elegance and high-end amenities. Special mention for the jacuzzi, a real pleasure after our busy days! The proximity to a superb golf course is also a significant asset. We highly recommend this rental: it is by far the classiest and best-equipped we had during our stay in Canada.

    Overall this was a good property. A bit close to the hubbub of the golf course so can get a little noisy early in the morning. Downstairs was great; upstairs bedroom configuration is a little weird. We hit a heat wave but were able to make do by closing all blinds during the day and opening up at night. Nice hot tub Pretty good kitchen. Easy proximity to Green Lake, golf course and rests. There is so much to do in Whistler it’s hard to fit it all in

    Having booked with the intention of a golf weekend this house was perfect. Right across the street from Clubhouse and right beside the first T Box. House had everything we need. Nothing missing. We would definitely consider staying there again.

    House was amazing! Is across the street from the golf clubhouse/restaurant and biking trails. First tee box is in the backyard. Didn’t miss being outside Whistler village for one second. Highly recommended for a large family trip.

    The house was wonderful for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone. It was well stocked and very comfortable. There was walking nearby and cross country skiers going past on a track all day long. A car was necessary to access whistler village.
