This chalet is perfect for hosting 3 families or 3 couples with each having the privacy of their own bedroom. 25 year old min renter age and 10 guests maximum please. Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full and 4 twins. AWD is strongly recommended in the winter.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only 10 minutes away if needed.

Secluded lot only 4 miles from Ellicottville village. There are also 6+ state parks within 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire chalet is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have a ping pong table, foosball, and 3 TVs.
